Wasserman Homes & Properties was founded by Richard Wasserman in 2008. He has been working in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Along with Wasserman Homes & Properties, LLC. Mr. Wasserman is responsible for managing all the day-to-day internal operations of Wasserman Real Estate Capital as well as Wasserman Strategic Net Lease

Partners. As principal, Mr. Wasserman’s hands on approach enables him to better understand all the different aspects of the real estate process and he is always available to his clients and agents.

Mr. Wasserman has actively participated in the construction, development and property management of more than $2.5 billion of Real Estate development projects. Mr. Wasserman has 35 years of real estate experience and is a licensed general contractor in the state of RI. Mr. Wasserman graduated from Columbia University in 1987.
